The 14 Best Aesthetic Clinics in Paris

Paris has a dense market for médecine esthétique, from multi-site groups with rooms full of lasers to single doctors who perform every injection themselves. In France aesthetic injections must be carried out by a doctor, so the useful questions are who will treat you, which devices the clinic actually owns and how the first consultation works.

This guide lists clinics whose own websites confirm a medical team and describe their treatments in detail. For each we note the technologies used, how consultations are organised and anything worth knowing before you book.

How this guide is ordered

We selected aesthetic clinics in Paris with one idea: anyone searching should find businesses that master their craft, have happy customers, are easy to reach and are near where they need them.

Businesses can pay for services that increase their visibility in the guide.

Frequently asked questions

How much do aesthetic treatments cost in Paris?

Prices vary with the treatment, the product or device used, the area treated and the number of sessions. Many clinics publish price lists, and injections are usually charged per syringe or per area. Aesthetic treatments are not reimbursed by the Sécurité sociale.

Is a consultation needed before treatment?

Yes. A doctor should assess your skin, medical history and expectations before any injection or laser session and give you a written quote. For cosmetic surgery, French law also imposes a 15-day cooling-off period after the quote.

What should I tell the clinic before an appointment?

Mention any medication, especially blood thinners, recent sun exposure and previous injections or surgery. Avoid tanning before laser treatments, and schedule injections well ahead of important events in case of bruising or swelling.
